To delete your account, go to your Profile page, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account." You'll be asked to confirm. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy. If you have an active subscription, cancelling through account settings first will prevent any further charges.
Subscriptions can be cancelled from your account settings at any time. Go to Profile → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll keep your paid features until then. We don't issue refunds for unused days, but you won't be charged again after cancellation.
Subscription updates happen automatically via Stripe webhook, usually within a few seconds of payment. If your tier hasn't updated within 10 minutes, try logging out and back in. If the problem persists, email support@newchapter.love with your email address and approximate payment time and we'll resolve it immediately.
Tap the "⋯" menu on any profile and select "Report." Choose the reason (fake profile, harassment, inappropriate content, etc.) and submit. You can also email safety@newchapter.love directly for urgent safety concerns. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and your identity is kept confidential.
Matching is based on age, location, relationship goals, personality, and hobbies. Here are a few tips: (1) Complete your profile fully — profiles with all fields filled match significantly better. (2) Upload clear, recent photos — your primary photo makes the strongest first impression. (3) Get verified — the blue ✓ badge noticeably increases match rates. (4) Broaden your distance or age range in your preferences. (5) Upgrade to Silver or higher for priority visibility.
Photo verification uses AI-assisted facial comparison. You take a quick selfie (sometimes with a specific pose like a smile or head tilt to confirm it's live). The system compares your selfie to your profile photos and confirms they match. Selfies are not stored after verification — they're processed and immediately discarded. Verified members receive a blue ✓ badge.
Yes. Under GDPR and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to receive a copy of all personal data we hold about you. Email privacy@newchapter.love with the subject line "Data Access Request." We'll respond within 30 days with your data in a portable format.

Silver ($7.99/mo): Unlimited likes and messages, see who liked you, advanced filters.

All plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
